Knowing verizon isnt going to help me with this do I bite bullet and pay the 2 months of service and late fees? And make sure they cancel it this time? Pretty annoyed......

About 16 days away and then that's it. So I did, I paid it. 2 months later I get an email saying my account is past due.....saying I owe for last month and this upcoming month.....I checked and there it is...my account is still active.....
