@Se_Railway Please do! Matt was an absolute gem. I was probably just paranoid for no reason. As well as educating women on how to stay safe when out (possibly alone), I wish men were told how little things they can do can make people feel less afraid e.g. moving to another carriage.

…really nervous. I don’t know if Matt picked up on my nerves when walking through the carriage or if he just stood next to the chap for some other reason but the man got off at the next stop and I could breathe again. I thanked Matt and am truly grateful. What a wonderful man!

@RoyalMailHelp Sorry to bother you. Do you know why the Royal App doesn’t save the items you are tracking today? I have never had this problem but am tracking four parcels and have to re-enter the tracking number each time I click on Track on the app. Is this a known fault?
