This release is not worth the paper it is written on. 1. No citizen owes you their time to help you do your work. 2. Not honoring your invitation is definitely not a crime & certainly no basis for an arrest. Get a warrant if you have any basis for arrest. It's embarrassing.

People shouldn't get it twisted. That arrest isn't unlawful just because he is an MP. It is unlawful because no citizen can be arrested simply for not honoring a law enforcement "invitation." If EOCO has any reason to arrest him, they ought to obtain a warrant from a judge.
