@ThatEricAlper So so so so much of Stepbrothers. It really holds up and feels like the next generation of so many of the great classic movies mentioned here. Stellar physical comedy and just like ridiculous pee your pants moments.

@jdesmondharris They were kind and generous—and they acknowledged & apologized to us when they messed up They genuinely liked and like hanging out with kids—they’re great grandparents They aren’t jealous with their affections—they don’t see my husband or my little family as a threat

@JaBogen had postpartum doula 1st time since we couldn’t have birth doula—amazing since sleep insanity was a shock & had no family help. Had a birth doula this time, dramatically improved my birth experience. No postpartum doula this time, since had more family help + knew what to expect

@clhubes We took in a pregnant foster cat when I was pregnant in 2020, and I very much identify with this. I insisted on keeping mama cat and two of the kittens since I “midwifed” their birth 🤦🏻‍♀️ Pregnancy brain is wild!

@JaBogen This was us! Had our 1st summer 2020 and 2nd this fall. Had my mom come help with toddler just before and for a few weeks after birth. Lactation consultants visits were also great. We also had a doula for birth this time and it was wonderful.

@JenaFriedman We had to ban Amazon in our house after midnight after we brought our baby home. Bought so many unneeded things when exhausted and awake and alone.

@neilhimself Hang in there! My parents eventually figured out how to amicably coparent after divorce and it made a huge difference for my sister and I. Also created space for us to love our step mom and step siblings when they eventually came on the scene.
