@PhysicianDoodle Tricks of the trade: 1) Be direct and start the conversation with why you’re calling someone. Admission, intervention, advice, help, etc. 2) Be able to summarize the patient in a single sentence 3) Smile on the phone 4) Always do the right thing for the patient
