I looked at whose been actively there for me in the last 6-12 months and decided to invest again in me instead of others. I'm working my ass off to build myself and my career back up again and the best thing about it is when it happens I can honestly say I did it by myself 👌

The train manager on the @EastMidRailway service from Manchester leaving Liverpool Southparkway at 19:02 just managed to desecelate a situation that couldn't have been very differentband also checked up on passengers after it etc. Deserves a raise 👌

Thought of the day... I always had a feeling that I would be successful (not monetary but in impact) and I'd do something significant. I look at where I am today and I am so dissapointed in where my life is currently at but know I'm lucky to be able to try over again

@DeputyGrocott This is why I left. I also saw how bloody hard the teaching assistants worked, the catering staff and the school maintenance but for everyone it was never enough. A cycle that is losing so many valuable staff unfortunately 😔
