Dear @British_Airways, £612 of documented losses caused by your cancellation. Fully evidenced claim submitted. Case closed without a substantive response. Told it would be reopened. It wasn’t. We simply want a fair review of our claim.

@NatWest_Help This feels unsafe. If my child were in danger and needed urgent access to funds, I would expect to be able to resolve the issue instantly. With the way the service is currently set up, that simply isn’t possible.

Absolutely appalling service from @rooster_money @NatWest_Help My child is out with friends, can’t access money, and I can’t even unfreeze his card instantly. No human support, just a chatbot. What if this was an emergency? Totally unacceptable.

@NatWest_Help Thanks for coming back to me Erin. I must say that, as a parent, it took far too long for NatWest to resolve this matter. My main concern is that there is no way to make immediate contact with a human regarding my child’s bank account.
