Today marks the beginning of AAPI Heritage Month, a time to honor the history, culture, and contributions of Asian American and Pacific Islander communities across our city and nation.
As @akilbello, our guest speaker at our last #BackinSchool event, pointed out, the results are not even released until 8 months later. We hope your kids are well-rested, and they did the best that they could. Treat your children to something nice if you can. They deserve it.
We want to wish all the kids taking the ELA state exam good luck. We hope you are all well rested and ready to do your best. Families, just remember, no matter how your children do, they are worth more than an exam score. This exam is mainly an assessment of your child's school.
