You must make a health & character declaration, incl any cautions/convictions or determinations from other regulatory bodies #revalidation
You must prepare 5 written reflective accounts covering CPD, feedback and/or an event/exp in your practice, & relate to Code #revalidation
To meet practice hours requirement, you need to demonstrate your skills knowledge and experience - doesn't have to be a clinical role

@s_churchard No, practice hours requirement is the same for everybody. Worth noting same as under old Prep system
Feedback can be formal/informal, verbal/written, positive/negative. Can come from patients, colleagues, mgmt, team reports etc #revalidation
