I have to say that Chewy has earned my business as well. My dogs stopped eating a particular brand and me thinking it was a bad bag bought another one ($70). They turned their noses up again. Called chewy up and asked if they had any recent issues. They said no but did check that this brand had made some minor tweaks to the recipe. They refunded me for both bags of food.
