I moved over to the @WaldorfHilton_ London and finally got a good nights sleep and was treated well. It was my 2nd stay with the Waldorf and it was a pleasure, as before. Next time I’m in London I’ll go directly to the Waldorf.

I kept having asthma attacks & couldn’t sleep. I checked out Friday morning but the front desk never actually checked me out of the hotel. WTF?! I spent 2 hrs chatting with front desk to resolve & they asked 3 times if I’d checked out. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Not what I expect from @HiltonHotels

I recently had a stay at a @HiltonHotels property that made me check out early to go to a different hotel. As a @HiltonHonors Gold member, I was shocked to have reserved a queen room and then booked into a single room instead. AC didn’t work, was next to the noisy elevators…

I send packages to her all the time via FedEx but I guess they don’t like delivering if they can’t just chuck it out the door as they drive by. This package requires a signature and they can’t be bothered to do their freaking job. Unbelievable. So disappointing! @FedExHelp

IDK why @FedEx suddenly decided they don’t know how to deliver packages but I’m livid. 3 days in a row they say attempts were made to deliver but nobody was home. This is false. They were home, the front door was open, no truck came by & nobody knocked. No sticky note was left 🤬

Two days in a row I’ve called to find out what the heck is wrong. They say they’re fixing it but again, same thing happened today. Supposedly they’re delivering it tomorrow? I’ve heard that 3 days in a row though. If I’d known they’d screw up so badly I’d have gone with @UPS
