What's the stream in your business that nobody has time to read?
That's what I'll write about here. One business at a time. What the stream was, what decision was hiding in it, what happened when someone finally took it. Starting with fifty machines on a construction site.
I've never once had to go and get the data. Construction, hospitality, finance, software. Every time it was already there. Streaming in daily from a system somebody bought years ago, configured properly, and then stopped looking at.
How do we feel about a health tracking app that counts down to your anticipated death day? The more positive action you take the further date moves, the less positive action brings your date closer.
