@TheSecretAcct Dad taught computing at night school in Kendal, brought home a commodore pet which we played space invaders on, then vic20. From that we bought a 2nd hand C64 with various copied games. Next I wanted an Amiga for the games but Dad went for an Amstrad PC1640 instead.

@CoachDebs_spa UK folks should be looking at doing both, pensions should be the primary focus as it's more tax efficiency on the way in and also can also be managed efficiently on the way out that you'll be better off like for like than an ISA.

@paullewismoney Person who inherits it will be paying tax on drawdown when they reach pension age. Won’t applying IHT just be double taxation, maybe have a IHT starting threshold somewhere between £500k - £1mill

Saturday cycled through lesser known Lake District valley of Borrowdale situation 6 miles nth of Kendal, started at eastern end cycling the 4.5 miles to it's end by the A6 then over hill into next valley for return route back. 11 miles #borrowdale #lakedistrict

@stephaniemain2 I didn't really get the point of the interview, Morgan asked if she'd been to jail, response No, Morgan provided no evidence she had gone to jail. I would have expected the TV programme to have done research to show she was the one but none the wiser - pointless

@TheSecretAcct Yes, did 2 trades for long term holds, 1st I did too early only up 5% now, 2nd was in the middle of the big drop but not at the bottom and that ones up 85%

@babybeginner Looking at timings yes, the bikers reaction time was 1 seconds yet maintained excessive speed for at least 6 seconds prior to this when both parties would of been aware of each other.

@Peston @PaulBrandITV Yet if the targeted individual happens to be someone the platforms worry that in-action would put the spot light of regulators/governments on them they show they have the money, expertise, resources and means to be proactive but won’t deal with it for everyone @MartinSLewis

#FirstDates totally confused with Cheshire Housewife Lauren, can't workout if her strange voice/face movements is a result of pre-loading on alcohol, facial work inhabiting mouth movements or a medical episode. On the pre-interviews she's 90% clearer - strange.

@carolvorders @RussellScott1 Interesting, though not a big deal, EA won’t have any say in where employees pension fund is invested, that’s the job of the fund managers with oversight from trustees. £10million investment in water companies represents 0.25% of the whole pension fund, small fry.

Rishi speech you have to listen to what he says, not what he says. HS2 cancelled, all budget will go into north, midlands projects and everywhere. Likely outcome, existing projects being re announced as new all across UK.
