I wouldn’t know which one you are asking whether it’s Forex or Crypto Spot Trading. If it is Forex Spot Trading, it is clearly haram for the following reasons: 1. Failure to achieve true delivery or constructive possession. 2. Selling positions on assets that you do not own. 3. Automatic rollover mechanics that inject overnight interest charges into your account. For an expanded explanation, check the tweet below… I already explained it there (attached tweet 👇) But if it is crypto spot trading, the mechanics are different. Here, you are buying the digital asset outright with your own money. There are no overnight rollover fees or interest charges automatically injected into your trades. More importantly, you can take true delivery of the tokens by moving them into your private wallet, which satisfies the condition of legal possession. Even then, you have to watch out for two things: First, you must screen the project behind the token to ensure the underlying business is halal, staying clear of things like decentralized finance lending or gambling coins. Second, keep in mind that contemporary scholars are still split on cryptocurrency as a whole due to its high volatility, though many tech-literate experts permit spot trading as long as you strictly avoid leverage and futures tabs. Today, Dialectra releases its first open Hausa voice dataset on Hugging Face for free. This is a small but meaningful step toward something bigger: dialect-aware AI infrastructure for African languages. Hausa is one of the most widely spoken languages in Africa, with over 70 million speakers across Nigeria, Niger, Ghana, and beyond. Yet most voice AI systems fail Hausa speakers not because the technology can't work, but because the right data doesn't exist. Dialectra is building that data layer.
