@Mom_is_ponx @Heidi36257043 @DanWuori Early education is 0-8. There is a lot of learning that takes place between the ages of 0-3. And when parents have to work infant and toddler TEACHERS are the ones helping the child with learning those things.

@DanWuori The problem is that most people do not understand everything that goes into working with ages 0-5. They think we play all day and that it's an easy job. That it's a stepping stone. This is an important career field that deserves respect. We care for and educate your children.

Small class sizes, potty training, learning through play, social emotional education and family engagement in the learning process all look totally different at the 0-4 age range. Education is not a one size fits all and should always have various ways of delivery.
