After missing a week and a half due to vacation and personal issues... we have lost 4 straight 3 too sims Loses. We return this week and take on the 4-2 Bears. We stand at 3-4 currently 2nd in the NFC West behind the 49ers. We look to rebound starting here in week 9.

We’ve ended discussions with the following players: Eddie Jackson, Josh Sweat, Martinas Rankin, Ryan Allen, Jordan Leggett, and Jamarco Jones. These players will hit FA at the end of the season but will play out the rest of the season on our roster.

Due to me going on of town for the next week. Our Seahawks will receive 2/3 forced loses. We are currently 3-1. Gonna have to rebound when we get back. Will either be back vs the 49ers or vs the Bears.
