@ScotRail hi there, currently on the 13:38 service to Inverness. Could you enlighten me and all the other unfortunate souls who are having to stand for the duration of the trip as to why you have messed up the seat reservations? Thank you
@ScotRail We had made a reservation, and it seems everyone else on this train has too.
@ScotRail Well what are they going to do? Rejig the whole train? Everyone has seat reservations so if you move one person then the rest of the train has to move.

@rose_matt here’s an idea for a video: On Apple Watch, there is a feature in which a text can be replied to with a set list of pre generated responses. Now, as I have found out numerous times, when you accidentally click the wrong response, it is quite funny.
