@AndrewJansenVa2 Supposedly a preeminent businessman, himself a former mayor, here tells us a budget that ignores a provision for payment of R20 billion (with a 'b') of accrued creditors - is "fully funded" and somehow a team that that changed nothing, has "turned things around"!

@nasiphim Yes, that question and similar have been asked since 2009 when first Plastic View came into existence, then Cemetery View and now Castle Walk. In theory we have the laws to resolve these issues, but somehow the city and the province never had the stomach to apply them, will you?
