@NOWHelpTeam I have always used your live chat. They say the ticket has been escalated and someone will be in contact with me. It’s been like this for months. So if you excuse me but your live chat is useless and not worth me spending any time using.

@NOW please explain why you block whole IP subnets from British ISPs with out informing them or giving and support to have your blocks removed. I have a support ticket with promises to contract open since February. So far nothing has been done.

@NOWHelpTeam Sorry I don’t find your complaints process worth the data it’s written on. I have a formal complaint that hasn’t been replied to alread; they say they are waiting on a response on their own internal ticket, which is months old now. I have a case id 12149928 and 12229761.

@NOWHelpTeam No actually I can’t. I cannot log in you have sub net after sub net blocked. The live chat is useless any way. None know what they are talking about and make promises they do not keep. I have all this documented hence why I am Happy broadcasting it on here.

@thestumc Hi, there was an issue with our core router which required our attention - an incident report will be published on our client portal shortly. As of 15:37 all services should be up and running.

We can confirm that 3rd party engineers have resolved the power issue at the remote data center. All services are now showing online.

@CHSSupplies Hi. There is a power issue in Equinix in Manchester. It’s one of the Data Centers we use. It has effected allot of service providers. We how it will be resolved soon.
