@NatWest_Help I love your attempt at helping with fraud prevention, but maybe your Payee field should allow for storage of string lengths equal to or greater than the source data to prevent flagging payees as unconfirmed because you didn't store the full field.

@TheRangeUK your customer service in a digital age is atrocious. Live chat? More like graveyard chat. Waiting 15 minutes for someone to respond only to then be pushed to email and never responded to within the agreed upon time frames.

I've wasted over 2 hours trying to talk to your lacking live chat support agents because you can't publish a telephone number and when we do get a live chat agent, they aren't paying attention to us likely because they have multiple chats at a time. I want a direct contact today!

@VirginMoney You IVR for phone line 0800 011 3210 has an induced loop when selecting option 1 then 5 as it diverts you back to the initial line again instead of to a human. I have an issue with the app thats prevents me managing my account
