The anti-war movement has caused a seismic shift in American politics.
Our movement emerged victorious tonight and massively surpassed our expectations. Tens of thousands of Michigan Democrats, many of whom who voted for Biden in 2020, are uncommitted to his re-election due to the war in Gaza.
A week after 100K voters in Michigan voted uncommitted. Months after several groups, predominantly Muslim and Arab launched Abandon Biden campigan across the country and days before Super Tuesday. The timing is notable.
What we are seeing every day in Gaza is devastating, and our common humanity compels us to act. Given the immense scale of suffering in Gaza, there must be an immediate ceasefire for at least the next six weeks.
