So, @TfL, the southbound Metropolitan line platform board is still out. A very helpful station assistant told me it’s been two years. The roof leaks, no one wants to fix it, so the sign can’t be repaired. Joined up thinking… or just a stalemate? 🤔

A @ZARA parcel with only our road name and postcode, but no house number, was left on the church doorstep. We took it in to stop it being stolen and contacted @ZARA_Care, only to be told to take it to a store. Please arrange collection, as it was delivered in error.

For the third time in a week @UPS_UK your driver has claimed they couldn’t find our address or that nobody was home not true. We’ve had to collect parcels from local shop instead. The shop owner says this is common practice. We always thought UPS was a premium delivery brand 😢

Huge thanks to @harrow_council for such a swift response. An industrial grill dumped in the churchyard verge on Friday night was reported on Saturday and removed by 6.50am today (Monday). Excellent service. Now why do some people think fly tipping is acceptable? #flytipping
