I'm having trouble understanding Blizzard's approach to the competitive system. By removing rank decay, they are making things worse for both high and low ranked players. The existing rank decay already feels non-existent, as most Top 500 players are camping and only played around 50 games after two months. This encourages high rank players to continue camping on their main accounts. while low ranked players have to deal with an influx of smurfs. 😅

@D3ndar @Questr0n No joke third would be truer to an irl hack but would be super op. If it scrambled abilities except ult it would force the player to re-evaluate their keys much like everything in a hacked system needs to be re-evaluated IRL.

@Questr0n @AbyssWalker365 Don't you already do increased 25% DMG and have visibility on a target for 8s? You want increased fire rate too? I feel like hack is in a good spot. Invis needs to be tweaked not hack. Maybe lower interrupt timeout and stop perm invis? Scouting should have a cost imo.
