#asolo support just told me that the soles on their boots rot away after 5 or 6 years, which is why they offer a resoling service. That's one of the most insane things I have ever heard.

@Bell On a more serious note, this was a response to me quoting various laws @BellAliant had broken deliberately deleting my personal data against firm instructions. I demanded an escalation & response from their corporate legal team within 72 hours. Given that context, this is uugh!

@prplcowinternet @BellAliant And now the speedtest function on the modem has stopped working, after their tech deleted all the data proving I had been paying for something I wasn't even slightly getting for about 1.5 years - It's almost like that was deliberate. But I did record the call with her.

@prplcowinternet @BellAliant And it's sad because scrolling back through my messages with @BellAliant back in 2023 I was telling them they were one of the best #CustomerService teams I'd ever worked with and I meant it. It's amazing how much difference 2 years of cost-cutting makes.
