Big Breaking Bail of POCSO accused in 3 yo girl was rejected. At High Court of Delhi, the bail of 57 yr old caretaker/Sr clerk of school was challenged by the mother of 3 yr old victim girl. The case was argued by adv @rishikeshlaw before Justice Vinod Kr. It was actually very absurd that bail was given to accused with in 5 days of his arrest. The then police SHO & DCP had tried their best to help the accused. It was even strange that when this accused was first arrested by the police, the police did not demand police custody. Later, the then SHO & DCP were transferred from Janakpuri PS & district. It was shameful that some people had publicly protested in favour of accused in this case.

What’s unfolding in Punjab is a black spot on true spirit of a democratic and constitutional government. Religion must not have any interference in constitutionally elected government’s affairs. But again, in politics, you have to take a step backwards sometimes to leap four steps ahead.
