All Pet skills offer a chance of acquiring an item after players complete a Sweep or Run in Adventure Mode. Pets are split across 4 tiers of rarity; Common and Rare Pets have 1 passive skill, Epic and Legendary Pets have 2 passive skills. Commanders can equip a maximum of 3 Pets, and have up to 6 passive skills active. Apparently only 1 pet per type (workers, scouts, hunters) can be equipped.
