BEM UI Sebut Putusan MK soal MBG Cuma Kemenangan Semu, Karena Baru Bisa Berlaku Tahun 2028! Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) yang memerintahkan pemisahan anggaran Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) dari anggaran pendidikan belum sepenuhnya memuaskan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia (BEM UI). Meski sebagian gugatan dikabulkan, BEM UI menilai putusan tersebut belum menyelesaikan persoalan karena penggunaan dana pendidikan untuk MBG masih dimungkinkan hingga tahun 2027. Koordinator Sosial dan Politik BEM UI, Hafidz Haernanda, menyebut putusan MK hanya menjadi langkah awal dan belum memberikan dampak langsung terhadap pengelolaan anggaran pendidikan. "Kenapa kemenangan yang semu? Karena anggaran pendidikan masih akan terus digunakan oleh program makan bergizi gratis sampai tahun 2027," kata Hafidz di Gedung MK, Kamis (30/7/2026). Sebelumnya, Mahkamah Konstitusi mengabulkan sebagian permohonan uji materi Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2025 tentang APBN 2026. Dalam pertimbangannya, Hakim Konstitusi Enny Nurbaningsih menyatakan Program MBG tidak lagi termasuk komponen operasional penyelenggaraan pendidikan sehingga anggarannya harus dipisahkan dari alokasi pendidikan pada APBN mendatang. Saat sidang berlangsung, puluhan mahasiswa BEM UI menggelar aksi di depan Gedung MK. Mereka membawa poster yang berisi penolakan terhadap penggunaan anggaran pendidikan untuk membiayai program MBG. BEM UI juga mendesak pemerintah tidak menunggu hingga APBN 2028 untuk menjalankan putusan tersebut. Menurut mereka, pemisahan anggaran seharusnya segera dilakukan agar dana pendidikan dapat difokuskan untuk memperbaiki ruang kelas, sarana belajar, dan berbagai kebutuhan pendidikan yang dinilai masih belum memadai di banyak daerah.
