Arsenal lost the champions League final to the best team in the world at the moment and on penalties but won the league with 7 points. Yet Arsenal is getting clowned while the media and rival fans ignore Chelsea who spent over 2 billion since Clearlake took over and finished 10th. No one cares about Tottenham finishing 17th back to back and escaping relegation just on the last day of the season. It doesn't matter that Liverpool spent £500m to add to a title winning side only to finish 5th. Manchester United have spent over £500m in the last two years, but finished 15th last season, lost the Europa League to a piss poor Tottenham side and finished 3rd this season not for once competing for the title. In contrast, Arsenal spent almost the same amount of money as Manchester United over the last 2 years and have 1 league title, one Carabao cup final, 1 champions league final and 1 champions semi final appearance to show for it and a team good enough to challenge for the title. It is now obvious that Arsenal get clowned by the media and rivals because we are big and people are jealous as a result of.

Arteta spent £900m over 7 seasons having taken over a squad that he has to rebuild from the ground up and in the last 4 years he has finished 1st, 2nd, 2nd, and 2nd and and we were minutes away from a Champions league victory too. Yet he gets criticized but no one is talking about; Tottenham who spent over £1bn and have been in back to back relegation battles. Manchester United who has outspent Arteta in the same 7 years period but can't even compete for the title. Chelsea who spent £2 billion to become a mid table team. Manchester City spent £500m but ended up bottling the league having led with 5 games to go. Liverpool spent £500m only to become the worst defending champion after Leicester City. It is only a problem when Arsenal is involved, when it is Arsenal's rivals, it is totally fine.

Rival fans are laughing at us for failing to win a Champions League they either didn’t compete for - or didn’t even qualify for - after we’ve already lifted the Premier League title. Carry on lads. This season was only a taste of how dominant we’re going to be in years to come.
