Two years ago today, Willis Trueblood Jr., 18, was going warp speed on a residential street and fatally launched FSU student Elizabeth Sims, 20, a hundred feet through the air. He fled the scene. The office of Jack Campbell gave him a pathetic 4-8 wrist-slap.
