@yourcroydon I received the PCN 2nd notice with increased surcharge for passing Parson Mead. I like to inform I didn’t received your first notice. My DVLA license and vehicle tax all have correct address. I emailed council last week but no reply. Pls advise on how to contact CC.

@khads_twt @vfsglobalcare We experienced the same issues, we cancelled the old application and applied again, this happened twice, thanks to my brilliant friend who is an IT savvy, he realised it and found the issues related with payment gateway. He used the Indian payment gateway and it worked :-)
