@MSAIreland Thanks for the reminder! Since I wrote that, I've started doing some 4x100m coaching myself - the below is an extract of something I wrote for World Athletics on how I utilise my interpretation of skill acq principles in practice.
Why you are practicing shapes how you should practice. Practice to excel during competition needs to be designed in a different way to practice sessions with other goals (practice to explore, practice to exploit). What resources help you to design 'practice to excel' sessions?
