Message from Imran Khan’s ex wife @Jemima_Khan “In the last few weeks there have been serious and concerning developments regarding my sons’ father, Imran Khan’s treatment in prison. The Pakistan authorities have stopped all visits to him by his family and his lawyers. They have also postponed all court hearings. In addition to cutting off in- person visits, and in defiance of a court order, his weekly calls to his sons, Sulaiman and Kasim Khan, who are British and who live in London, were stopped on 10th September. We have received reports that the authorities have now turned off the lights and electricity in his cell and he is no longer allowed to leave his cell at any time. The jail cook has been sent on leave. He is now completely isolated, in solitary confinement, literally in the dark, with no contact with the outside world. His lawyers are concerned about his safety and well-being.   These actions come in the context of ongoing targeting of Imran’s family, as well as his party (PTI) members and supporters in an attempt to silence them and all political opposition in Pakistan. Imran’s nephew, Hassan Niazi, a civilian, has been detained in military custody since August 2023. More recently, Imran Khan’s sisters, Uzma and Aleema Khan, who have continued to speak out on his behalf, have also been arrested as they made their way peacefully to a demonstration and they are currently being held in jail, despite there being no proper or lawful basis for their imprisonment.   In June this year the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention found that Imran is unlawfully and arbitrarily detained and called for his immediate release.    As a matter of urgency , we are calling for Imran Khan’s release, and for the release of his sisters and nephew as well as for his sons’ contact with their father to be re-established, so that they may have assurance first-hand that he is well and not being mistreated.”

سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کا عوام کے نام پیغام تمام تر فسطائیت اور حکومتی جبر، رکاوٹوں کے باوجود خوف کی زنجیریں توڑ کر باہر نکلنے پر میانوالی، فیصل آباد اور بہاولپور کے عوام کو مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں۔ میں چاہتا ہوں کہ آج (4 اکتوبر بروز جمعتہ المبارک) آپ سب پرامن احتجاج کیلئے ڈی چوک اسلام آباد پہنچیں اور لاہور اور اس کے گردو نواح کے اضلاع کے شہری 5 اکتوبر، بروز ہفتہ مینار پاکستان پر احتجاج کی تیاری کریں۔ یہ جنگ اپنے فیصلہ کن مرحلے میں ہے اللہ کے فضل سے ہم اپنی حقیقی آزادی کی لڑائی جیت رہے ہیں۔ اقتدار پر قابض ظالم ہمیں خوف زدہ کر کے ہماری جیت کو شکست میں بدلنا چاہتے ہیں۔چنانچہ آپ بے خوف ہو کر نکلیں اور یاد رکھیں کہ اگر اب بھی آپ نے آگے بڑھ کر خود کو حقیقی طور پر آزاد کروانے میں ہچکچاہٹ سے کام لیا تو یہ ظالم آپ کو چیونٹیوں کی طرح مسل کر رکھ دیں گے اور آپ کی آئندہ نسلوں کو بھی اپنا غلام بنا لیں گے جن پر ان کی اولادیں حکومت کریں گی۔ سپریم کورٹ میں ڈرامہ چل رہا ہے اور میں نے تاریخ میں اتنا بےشرم چیف جسٹس نہیں دیکھا جو اپنی ذاتی ایکسٹنشن (اپنی نوکری کی مدت میں توسیع) کی خاطر ہر وہ فیصلہ دے رہا ہے جس کی قانون اور آئین اجازت نہیں دیتے۔ قاضی “ایکسٹینشن گینگ آف تھری” کا حصہ ہوتے ہوئے پاکستانی قوم کے حقوق کا تحفظ کرنے کی بجائے ان کو ایکسٹینشن مافیا اور پی ڈی ایم کا غلام بنا رہا ہے۔ کسی بھی ملک میں عوام کے حقوق کا دفاع عدلیہ کی ذمہ داری ہوتی ہے۔ لیکن یہاں چیف جسٹس خود ہی عوام کے حقوق کا خون کر رہا ہے۔ دنیا میں کہاں ایسا ہوتا ہے کہ کوئی جج عدالت میں بیٹھ کر اپنی ملازمت بچانے کیلئے آئین و قانون کو روند کر اپنے ہی حق میں فیصلے کرتا رہے۔ یہ کانفلیکٹ آف انٹرسٹ (مفادات کے تصادم) کی بدترین مثال ہے۔ اس نے جمہوریت اور اخلاقیات کا جنازہ نکال دیا ہے۔ ججز اخلاقی برتری کی بنیاد پر عدالتوں میں بیٹھتے اور فیصلے کرتے ہیں۔ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی شکل میں بطور چیف جسٹس عوام کے حقوق کے سب سے بڑے محافظ نے عوام کے حقوق پر سب سے بڑا ڈاکہ ڈالاہے۔ جنرل جیلانی کی گود میں پلنے والے نے چپ کا روزہ توڑا ہے اور پاکستان کے باشعور عوام کو بھیڑ بکریاں قرار دیا ہے۔ اسٹیبلشمنٹ کی مدد سے ہمیشہ اقتدار میں آنے والے کی نظر میں جمہوریت کا مطلب ہمیشہ بوٹ کو عزت دینا ہی ہوتا ہے۔ اسے کیا معلوم کہ باشعور عوام اور ان کے ووٹ کا تقدس کیا ہے۔ عوام اچھی طرح جانتے ہیں کہ تم 2 مرتبہ ڈیل کر کے بیرون ملک بھاگے اور جیل گئےت و وہاں رو رو کر تم نےجیل کے سارے ٹشو پیپرز ہی ختم کر ڈالے۔ عوام یہ بھی اچھی طرح جانتے ہیں کہ میرے جیسی جیل میں تو تم نے ایک دن بھی نہیں گزارا۔ یا تو بیماری کا بہانہ بنا کر ہسپتال کے بیڈ پر لیٹے رہے یا فائیو سٹار سہولیات کے ساتھ کسی سرکاری مہمان خانے میں بیٹھ کر معافیاں اور این آر او کی بھیک مانگتے رہے۔ اب عوام باشعور ہوچکے ہیں اور تمہارا اصلی چہرہ ان پر بےنقاب چکا ہے۔ لندن پلان کے مطابق اس لیکشن میں تمھاری جماعت نے 20 سیٹیں تک نہیں جیتیں جبکہ لندن پلان کے مطابق تمہیں کپتان ہونا تھا لیکن تھرڈ ایمپائر تمہیں Deceive (دھوکہ دے کر) کر کے خود ہی کپتان بن گیا اور تمہیں بارہواں کھلاڑی بنا دیا۔ میں وفاقی حکومت کی جانب سے اپنے غلام آئی جی خیبر پختونخواہ کے ذریعے صوبائی حکومت کی مرضی اور اجازت کے بغیر امن جرگے پر حملے اور پرتشدد کاروائی کی شدید الفاظ میں مزمت کرتا ہوں۔ آئی جی کے ذریعے وفاقی حکومت کا یہ اقدام صوبائی امور میں کھلی مداخلت اور صوبائی خود مختاری پر کھلا حملہ ہے۔ 1/2

Message from the former Prime Minister, Imran Khan (30.09.2024) The London Plan has been completely exposed. According to which PTI was supposed to be completely crushed, all cases against Nawaz Sharif were meant to be dismissed, and Imran Khan was meant to be imprisoned. The main character of this plan is (Justice) Qazi Faez Isa who, in line with the plan, is acting as a player rather than an umpire. Qazi Faez Isa is shielding the injustice against us. He is hearing every case that can damage our political identity instead of cases involving our fundamental rights, level playing field in the elections, atrocities against women, and the wrongs against us. The role of Qazi is that of Justice Munir. In fact, he has become Justice Munir Pro Max because every decision he makes is contrary to justice and in favor of the Extension Mafia. The Extension Mafia, only to extend their tenure (in service), is bent upon destroying the country, and we will protest peacefully to stop them. The Extension Mafia is using an illegitimate parliament to hatch the heinous conspiracy of destroying the character of the Constitution through amendments. I warn them to desist from these constitutional amendments. According to the London Plan, Nawaz Sharif was meant to have been made the captain. But he, too, was cheated and the Third Umpire took the captaincy for himself, making Nawaz Sharif merely the twelfth man. Shehbaz Sharif has been busy building his narrative these days, blaming us for the May 9th (false flag) incidents as an insurance policy for PMLN. I advise him to have some courage and ask “them” for the CCTV footage of May 9yh. Once the footage is found, this will be an open and shut case. Ali Amin Gandapur has given a fantastic statement. I fully endorse it. Society moves towards a revolution when its justice system fails it. And revolution is inevitable given the injustice that is being inflicted upon us. Our women are imprisoned, yet nobody is hearing their cases. Nobody in the system was bothered when an 80-year-old woman was charged with terrorism (for peacefully protesting). We have always protested peacefully, always obeyed the law, but the law is incapable of protecting us anymore. I pay tribute to the people of Rawalpindi for the way in which they resisted fascism, where they stood firm despite being tear-gassed, shot by rubber bullets, and even live ammunition. I would also like to express my appreciation for Ali Amin Gandapur and the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the way they came out in large numbers and stood for Haqeeqi Azadi - genuine democracy, sovereignty, and the rule of law - and marched to Rawalpindi under the leadership of Ali Amin Gandapur to register their protest. Ali Amin Gandapur has played an active role in ensuring that my message reaches the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and awakens them. Democracy means liberty. With democracy, comes the rule of law and accountability. The rule of Law ensures justice and the people have the right to hold their elected representatives accountable. Democracy is real freedom and we will continue our struggle until we attain that. Liberty is never served on a platter; it demands great sacrifice. My wife and I have been (wrongfully) imprisoned for fifteen months. Nobody should be afraid of going to jail. If jail couldn’t break me, you should not be afraid of it either. 1/2
