And yield means stop and wait until the pedestrian is out of the street. Squeezing past behind them or rolling towards them is unsafe and illegal. (Yes, I know halfway across in some places. That's not the point.)

@MBTA_CR You should list "Haverhill" somewhere on the North Station departure boards. First timers don't necessarily know Bradford is the temporary destination of the Haverhill line, especially if they're not riding to the end.
