Didn’t finish all the dishwashing, but the kitchen was closed, the cycle completed, and the next one starts fresh. Packed and delivered 13 630 meals. 5/5
New people joined without hesitation — helping with the hot line, dishwashing, and prep. Labels fell off, the volume kept growing. It was tough, but everyone pulled through. By the end of the week, everything necessary was done, even a bit more. 4/5
#MFAkitchenlog2025 Week26 After a full base wash, we jumped straight into the full cycle: sides, sauces, meat — all at once. We were short on people, some processes dragged out, ground meat was fried manually, and by the end of the day we were still left with 1/5
