@FisherjMelissa @StooCrock @michaelbolton Also agree on that. Often people are VERY surprised as they see those numbers for the first time. I experienced that recently when I created a load model for a load and performance test based on prod usage. "THIS is what the users are actually doing..?!"

@michaelbolton @FisherjMelissa In the end it's an educated guess. That's why it's so important to bring multiple stakeholders to the table when discussing risks. To get a better impression about the likelihood and the impact. Unfortunately - in my personal experience - that rarely happens.

@FriendlyTester Coconut milk for cooking and some yoghurt and cheese alternatives made of coconut. But it's mostly oat drink and soya for us (to avoid dairy products). No dairy AND no soya is indeed tricky..

@FisherjMelissa All the best for your new job. When I worked in consulting years ago, it was like: "Oh, he mentioned that he once saw QTP. Let's sell him as a Test Automation expert to a customer!" 🙈 Wondering if that's still a thing nowadays..
