Pierre losing his seat made absolutely no sense. So I dug into things a bit further. What I didn’t know, was that his riding expanded into heavy Liberal territory. Exactly why Carney chose his riding right beside Pierre’s, instead of Edmonton where he announced his leadership bid and where he grew up. Once you factor in immigration into all these metro areas, the whole thing is mind blowing. I’m rarely surprised, but as I was researching more, I was shocked by this too. I truly believe we are moving towards a one-party state, where Liberals are importing voters. Which partially could explain the fast track system to citizenship & why they won’t stop birth tourism or any of the loopholes that exist today.

It’s exactly one week until the next Giggle v Tickle interlocutory hearing - the “costs” battle. Basically, Team Tickle wants me to pay their costs. I’m saying it’s public interest litigation and everyone can pay their own costs. I don’t think it’s in any way ethical to financially destroy a woman for knowing that men are not women. Of course, I would not be able to fund this case at all if it wasn’t for the tremendous support from people all over the world who care about women’s rights & reality. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to everyone who is supporting me in this insane fight. It’s support that makes a nightmare situation slightly bearable. I will appreciate it forever. Oh, and it’s not just the financial support. Making sure that people are aware of the case is also incredibly valuable in such a censoring climate. Men are not women. gigglecrowdfund.com

My hair has been rapidly falling out for the past 18 months and it’s specifically due to the stress of litigation & being a single mother to a daughter while I do it. See, I was taken to federal court - a court second only to the highest court in the land, the High Court, where the Tickle v Giggle case could very well end up - by a man who claims to be a woman because I did not allow him to access a social networking app I created exclusively for women. It started as an Australian Human Rights Commission complaint in January 2022, but to settle that I had to agree to let him on the app, let all men who claim to be women on the app, pay him $20,000, go to “sex & gender education classes” & apologize to him. I said no, because I also have rights and they were not being acknowledged at all. So, he filed in federal court. In August 2024, the judge made the decision that I had “indirectly discriminated” against a man who claims to be a woman for not accepting he is a woman. The “indirect” is basically because I had absolutely no knowledge that he claimed to be a woman (nor do I care). I saw a man, and I am right. The judge also said that “sex is changeable”. Reader, sex is not changeable. Never has been, never will be. I was also ordered to pay $10,000 to the man claiming to be a woman because during cross-examination, I laughed. I laughed at a meme I was instructed to look at. I laughed because it was utterly surreal to me to be sitting in federal court & ordered to look at a meme. $10,000 for having a human reaction. If I didn’t laugh, I probably would have broken down. Many times I have wanted to. So, I am appealing the decision. I am appealing it because I have rights, and even more important to me, my daughter has to have rights. I simply cannot sit back & eventually send her out into the world where she cannot legally have a boundary from a man if that man claims to be a woman. I cannot accept that we don’t have freedom of belief, speech & association. Not on my watch. The man taking me to court is also appealing. He is appealing the decision he won. He wants “indirect discrimination” upgraded to direct discrimination, damages upped to at least $30,000 and aggravated damages of at least $10,000. We’re currently in a fight over costs. While it was always claimed that his legal team was pro-bono, they are now demanding that I pay his legal fees. Roughly $400,000 for round one. If they are awarded costs, for round one, two & potentially three, I would have to find well over $1million, on top of the $1million+ my own legal representation is costing. $2million for knowing a man is not a woman. Yeah, it’s stressful. Amongst all of this, over the past 3 years he has been watching me on here from behind a block, screenshotting my posts & mocking both me & my lawyer. I got the AHRC complaint when I was 15 weeks pregnant. If this ordeal ends in December, my daughter will be three & a half. If it goes to the High Court, she could be five when it’s all over. The golden years of my daughter’s life has been spent in litigation fighting a complete & utter lie. Bigotry is an unreasonable attachment to a belief plus prejudice. I think, in a free society, anyone should be able to think whatever they want about themselves. I think a man can think he’s a woman. I just don’t think he can force that belief - and it is a belief, not a fact - on literally anyone else. Does that make me a bigot? Of course it doesn’t. The bigots are the men claiming to be women, punishing everyone who doesn’t accept their absurd claim. My hair will, hopefully, eventually grow back. But men will never, ever, be women.
