Why the hell is the discussion about Marathon so pathetic lately? Even from people who play it regularly. I've never seen such insane expectations for any other live-service game. ARC Raiders now gets only one update per year, and I haven't seen even 5% of the hate Marathon gets.

Vault Breaker is really fun! I love that there's a way for us to also just roam and explore how cool and detailed this map is, without an insane pressure from a crew/other runners needing to rush through. I appreciate being able to check out the amazing craft going into the map. A Rogue-lite experience building your way up to the final Vault is a really fun concept that I do believe many should find exciting and can be it's own hardcore mode, it's hard when most active posters about the game are either sweats or people that don't find it amazing because to them it's easy and they've fought Compiler over and over already. But there is a significant portion of the playerbase that hasn't even touched Cryo at all and probably never will, without a mode like this. Streamers and grinders of this game need to step back and have a wider perspective and encourage this game's growth without being fucking annoying. The mode itself is also very tough solo, as it should be. I do love having PvE for the folks that love it as more people deserve to feel how incredible the gunplay is and soak themselves in the cosmic horror atmosphere Bungie have created. I am very, very curious about Season 3's full mode, I do think Vault Breaker shouldn't be temporary, or at the very least extended for quite a while as it's clear there are PvE gamers that want to play. I hope to see a healthy PvP, PvE, and PvPvE growth for this game's life.

Damn I miss this PvP era I used to be in the Crucible almost as much as I was playing PvE, but too many changes that I couldn’t even point my finger at something to blame. I would just play a match and it just didn’t *feel right* anymore, and it never seemed to feel right again

Honestly still PvP but Arena/Objective modes that I could engage with during the times I don’t want to be 110% switched on for the extraction side and risking my gear. I love the gunplay so much I just wish I could repeatedly play it without that stress factor. I do want a campaign one day though the story and lore is so sick

@Geezaws2 It unfortunately would take a long time to heal properly, then have him get back into Kratos shape with training, and put all of the other cast and crew on pause to wait for him, and the big reason is that the kid playing Atreus would go through a mid season growth spurt
