I have posted several times yesterday & today that Fauci won't ever be prosecuted for proven crimes in a lower DC feral court, with all D judges & 90+% D juries. In DC Ds have large training programs for potential jurists. No biased judge is going to grant change of venue away from their own bias. If Fauci is prosecuted federally, it takes precedence over state charges. If he is found "not guilty", he can't be prosecuted by state courts for the same crimes due to double jeopardy. I'm not a lawyer, so correct me if I'm wrong. That is why I think DOJ should decline to charge Fauci, based on the fact that he can't be convicted in a lower DC federal court, if states can try him with a change of venue. If the states have standing in a case against him, let the states try him under their own state jurisdiction. It is IDIOTIC that R Congress did not have legislation to defund & close the lower DC federal courts on Trump's desk on Inauguration Day, or at least as part of the first reconciliation legislation. Until this happens there will be no true justice in DC.
