Called the travel service for @Chase. After 10 minutes working with an agent, she put us on hold and then hung up. Called back and explained what happened to the next agent. Again put on hold and again dropped. #CustomerService #fail

In a fantastic example of #localgovernment "do as I say not as I do", I (deservedly) got a parking ticket for an expired meter by @WeHoCity @LASDHQ ...who then parked right in front of me at an expired meter (note the blinking red light). #hipocrisy
