@Annie3H @Lucy_Webster_ Annie We do not alter our pricing based on anyone's characteristics. To do so would be unfair. We are transparent by managing everyone's expectations prior to taking any membership fees from them. We should have been more compassionate in our messaging and have learned from this.

@PhillipCWDE @Lucy_Webster_ Phillip The email was poorly worded but the advice was based on real life experience, not prejudice. We agree that society does have a long way to go on the issue too. We should have been more sensitive but stand by being transparent before taking sums of money from our members.

@secretspartacus @Lucy_Webster_ Judy, We do not discriminate. We always advise our prospective members that some memberships are more or less challenging than others. We prefer to be transparent about this before taking any money from our members. The choice is then theirs.
