Earlier, I wrote about the fears that hinder us from living. Let's figure out how to work with them. Fear is one of the strongest blocks that prevents us from moving forward. To eliminate fear, you first need to identify it and work with it. 1️⃣ Make a list of all your fears. Set aside about 20 minutes of free time and simply write down everything that comes to mind. It could be fear of getting sick, fear for your loved ones, fear of being alone, fear of losing a job, and so on. 2️⃣ Rank your fears: put the biggest one first, and then the smaller ones. 3️⃣ Start working on your fears one by one. 4️⃣ Speak out your fear aloud. Honestly admit to yourself what you are afraid of and why, what scares you the most about this fear. 5️⃣ Imagine that what you fear has already happened. How do you feel? What are you going to do next? 6️⃣ Now, imagine that fear is your partner, an ally. It came not to scare you but to protect you. After all, if there were no fear, we would be fearless and constantly get into trouble. Each of our fears is actually our ally. It tries to take care of us and draw attention to important moments. Realize this. 7️⃣ You can imagine your fear as some object and talk to it. Say, "Thank you, fear! I know you want to protect me, I'm fine, you can go away." We are currently in an eclipse corridor, which may manifest differently, so keep these practices and take care of yourself and your well-being 🤍 🌳 **Tree Practice** 🟢 This is a very cool practice that helps to ground yourself, regain a sense of support and safety, and replenish strength and energy from the earth 🧘‍♀️ I highly recommend it for anyone going through storms during eclipses, and even just in moments when you feel like you're losing your support and resources. 🟢 There are different ways to do it, and the most ideal is barefoot on the grass; if weather and conditions don't allow, then at least be in nature and near a tree 💐 🟢 Trees are symbols of lineage, strong support, and assistance - just look at the powerful roots of a tree and the stability they provide. ✅ Go to the nearest park, into nature, and find a sturdy and stable tree. Stand next to it, take a few deep breaths, you can hug the tree or simply touch it with your hand and feel its strength. ✅ Close your eyes and imagine that you are a tree and your roots are growing into the soil. Try to feel this stability, feel how the roots firmly hold you.
