The worst thing you can do in your coaching business is keep collecting advice while avoiding the move. â If you are stuck, stop calling it research. â Sometimes it is fear wearing glasses.
When you trust your daily activity, you stop panicking about daily results.
Trust does not come from hoping your strategy works. It comes from repeatedly completing the actions that give it a chance to work.
Two coaches got stuck on their avatar last night during a group call. I closed the call, opened my laptop, and built a custom AI tool to walk them through it. They woke up to a solution. That's not hustle - that's real-time coaching delivered at speed.
Fear does not go away when you learn more about it. It goes away when you do the thing while feeling it. You are not stuck because you do not understand fear. You are stuck because you are waiting for it to leave before you move. It is not a red light. It is a green light with an uncomfortable feeling attached. What is the one move you keep waiting to feel ready for?
There is a version of getting ready that never ends. Another webinar. Another framework. Another month of 'almost ready.' That is not preparation. That is avoidance wearing a productive outfit. The work does not get easier when you know more. It gets easier when you do more. What is one thing you have been 'getting ready' to do for over 30 days?
The coach stuck in the knowing-doing gap usually isnât lazy. Theyâre overloaded. Too many tools. Too many tabs. Too many âshoulds.â Too many half-built ideas. The answer isnât more motivation. Itâs removing friction until the next right action becomes obvious.
Most coaches donât need more information. They need a smaller promise. One post. One offer. One system. One clear next step. The knowing-doing gap doesnât close because you learned more. It closes because you finally made action simple enough to repeat.
Often the worst of times can turn to your advantage.
Most coaches are not stuck because they donât know enough. They know too much. Too many frameworks. Too many scripts. Too many âperfectâ ways to sell. Today we stripped it back: Where are they? Where do they want to go? Can you help them cross the bridge? Thatâs sales.
Behind the scenes on my group coaching call... I watched coaches realise their sales problem wasnât confidence. It was silence. They knew what to say. They just couldnât stop adding more words after the offer. Sometimes the breakthrough is not a better script. Itâs a closed mouth.
Hereâs the quiet truth: You already have everything you need to get the clients and income you want. The only missing piece is becoming the person who consistently acts on it. Thatâs what we do here. Comment the word "do"
