@virginmedia It's coming back clean now, but think the superhub 3 has had it. It's in modem mode, but router isn't detecting the hub. And ports 2-4 still work instead of being disabled. Port 1 doesn't pass traffic through to the router.

@KerrangRadio Hey, do the appsupport tickets get looked at it? Still having problems with the app since early march and have emails from the premium email(#3423), but nothing from support (#12764). I just want the app to stop pausing every 5 minutes ive seen loads of people have the problem :(
