My father was as fit as any 51 year old could be, and yet he died suddenly of a heart attack So don’t lecture me about how nutrition and fitness are enough to safeguard health They’re not, and they never will be, because the human body is governed by far more than diet and exercise You can lift weights, run marathons, and eat a picture perfect plate of food, but if your circadian rhythms are disrupted, if your light environment is toxic, if stress, sleep, and environmental factors are ignored, then the foundation of health is still fractured This isn’t about dismissing fitness or nutrition, they matter, but they are only pieces of a much larger puzzle To pretend they are sufficient is to ignore the reality my father embodied, a man who appeared healthy on the surface, yet whose biology was undermined by forces no gym or diet could correct

@AbudBakri This. I have another Doctor coming to see me and said I did more for him in an hour than his GI Doctor in 3 years with his IBD. I don’t say that to brag, but there is sooo much missing and you can’t teach what you don’t know.

This. I am at a place I rather put $4,000 in index funds rather than buy a designer handbag. It’s fun to watch it grow and also feels grounding to know I’ll have security. Time moves quickly … start early and be consistent. I have irregular income so some months look different.

Also, please stop falling into the left/right paradigm because I know some of my friends on the left that don’t condone violence or what happened. Literally work on your childhood trauma and wounds and regulate your nervous system. This planet needs a deep healing.

@AbudBakri We are part of nature and when we come back to the remembrance of who we are healing isn’t complex. My Dad is coming to see me to help him heal from the c word I won’t put attention on because he thinks I’m more knowledgeable than his Doctors and he’s a retired engineer.

@DrSuneelDhand That actually blows my mind. It’s such a part of my daily routine (and self love) I can’t imagine not working out. It recharges every single cell in our body. I feel sad for humanity. Sometimes I feel like I’m on the wrong planet.

2023 until 2025. Just 2 years later on redox molecules and I cannot believe how much more life I have in me. Get the cells healthy, and get the body vibrant. I had to get a new drivers license since I moved and couldn’t believe the comparison. #cellularhealth
