Staying alive is more stressful than dying. At least when you die you will not feel a thing. We never had a choice, and when we do it’s about choosing to stay and die or leave and lose everything you worked for. No, actually it's simple: - Israel is a Western settler-colonialist project founded on the mass ethnic cleansing of indigenous Palestinians. - US imperialism uses Israel as a military outpost in resource-rich West Asia. - Israel has illegally occupied Palestinian land for decades and will never allow Palestinians to create a state of their own. - Palestinians living under Israeli control are subjected to a brutal apartheid regime, as even Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch now admit. - Another 6 million Palestinians are registered as refugees with the UN, and Israel denies them their legal right to return to their homeland. - Palestinians have a right under international law to armed resistance against Israeli colonialism, as stated clearly in UN General Assembly resolution 35/35, among others. - Israel's government has become increasingly far-right, racist, and eliminationist, and current members of the ruling coalition include literal fascist parties who want to commit genocide against Palestinians. That's what they are trying to do now, while hoping to once again ethnically cleanse the Palestinians who survive, forcing them out of Gaza into Egypt. - The majority of the world, including almost all of the Global South (with a few exceptions), supports the Palestinian national-liberation struggle. Israel is supported by the United States and its proxies. But Washington uses its veto in the UN Security Council to prevent any international action against Israel's constant crimes against humanity.

4/ The Israel-Hamas war is possibly the most complex geopolitical issue we are facing. Any maximalist, simplistic conclusion or any side is frankly stupid and reductive. There’s so much pain on every side. If you can’t recognize that, you’re missing something important.

Israel literally have the worst PR team of all time. They have that clown Naftali, who literally blocked me because he was fed up of me exposing his blatant lies. He also deleted a tweet confirming Israel had bombed the hospital, but then deleted and quickly changed the narrative. You have Israel’s OFFICIAL account getting community noted all the time and causing celebrity supporters of Palestine, such as the Hadid sisters, to get doxxed and receive death threats after they publicly shamed Gigi Hadid for supporting Palestine on their OFFICIAL account. You have journalists who are Israeli shills taking cover from “Hamas rockets” while people walk and cycle behind them. You have phone calls that they release which are IMPOSSIBLE to verify. You have 3D animations they release which are supposed to be used as proof of Hamas bases under hospitals?? You have interviews with “captured Hamas members” which under mossad interrogation, Israel can make them say pretty much anything. Then you have this. A message to the residents of Gaza, in English, when they speak Arabic and also while Israel has cut off their internet. This is nothing more then propaganda for those stupid enough in the west who eat it up.

In the early 1990s, Brazilian photojournalist Sebastião Ribeiro Salgado was stationed in Rwanda to cover the genocide, an experience that left him traumatized. In 1994, upon returning to his home in Minas Gerais, Brazil, Sebastião hoped to find solace in the lush green forest of his childhood. Instead, he discovered that his home had transformed into a dusty, barren land stretching for miles, devoid of any wildlife. "The land was as sick as I was. Only about 0.5% of the land was covered in trees," he remarked. At this time, his wife, Lélia Deluiz Wanick Salgado, proposed that they embark on the ambitious journey of replanting the entire forest. Sebastião supported the idea, and together, over the course of the next 20 years, they planted an astonishing 2.7 million trees. Their efforts resulted in the rejuvenation of 1,500 acres of rainforest, and the site eventually became home to 293 plant species, 172 bird species, and 33 animal species, some of which were on the brink of extinction.
