Rockprest last weekend was fabulous- we live near Moor Park so listened for free on the Saturday but bought tickets and attended yesterday to the Tribute Festival- our first ‘Rockprest’ but definitely not our last ! @Closie01 #LovePreston
My Car got a fabulous wash this morning thanks to @LRPCLFRS for a small donation to @firefighters999 They did a great job and were fabulous with the families who were there too - the little ones loved it ! #winwin
Dear @Primark I had a very uncomfortable experience in your Preston Fishergate store today - I wasn’t happy at all & think there’s a ‘training need’ there. Who do I contact to complain ? BTW this was a till supervisor so I was unable to raise the issue at the time. TY
The thistle plant has some big prickles on it , for good reason - they protect its very beautiful flower, a good lesson for life - there’s usually a good reason why someone might be ‘prickly’ - even when asking for help, we just need to look beyond it to see the real person. ❤️

Absolutely brilliant win for @andy4makerfield showing how the entire labour movement can unite behind a message of hope to beat Reform and their politics of division. Andy is right that communities in the north west and beyond have suffered immense damage from 40 years of neoliberalism that benefitted the very wealthy whilst inequality and poverty multiplied in previously strong, industrialised communities. We must now take this moment to build a new economic settlement with more genuine ownership and control in the hands of working people and their communities. This is the best way to defeat the populist right and bring hope back into politics again🌹.
