Damn you autism! Ben mid melt down kicked me and dislocated my knee. It didn’t go back in and ambulance taking ages! Managed to put it in myself but it was horrific 😢 will go to hospital tomorrow, tied a scarf round it in bed as so scared it will come out again. 😖 nightmare

This year nearly broke me. 7 weeks on a psychiatric ward the realisation that I am not invincible and that work can not be the most important thing in my life. so grateful for an amazing CPN and the best friends/family ever. Going into 2020 trying to take my own advice 🤪⬇️💜

To Santa I really don't want to make you sad but I want to keep snowflake because about mum needed to go to work for a month till children in need day and I got really sick so I needed to stay off school till pudsie day. So now do you get it? Ps you are the best from Ben 😢💔

When you have a child with autism and you had to go into hospital due to a mental health crisis. (He thought I was working) He is so upset tonight about the reindeer (like the elf) leaving on Xmas eve and wrote this 💔 I hate you autism! I’m so sorry buddy 😔
