@Matt_Pinner As you get older-and sometimes in younger ppl, the pineal gland calcifies. When this happens your bodies natural production of melatonin is outta wack and off time. Circadian rhythm is off. Hence where many sleep conditions come from. Thank GOD for #epitalon (& all peptides)!!!
