@RoofKorean7 It’s coming. The 9th circuit still sucks, the 3rd circuit got better and had a majority circuit panel that was willing to do the right thing. NY,MA, and MD are as much of a target at CA. Especially NY, they are worse than CA.

@Robert78928981 @MorosKostas GLGR wasn’t involved because it was basically already covered. Similar to how GOA had the NY State non-resident lawsuit but SAF didn’t. GLGR are great and they do a lot of stuff and are worthy of support. Division of labor is key. They do things we don’t and vice versa.

@FenixAmmunition You can buy it. The rules are crazy though. Can only transport to a hunting site or to a shooting range to practice. You can’t transport them from one home to another without being forced to use a common carrier to be in compliance. A lawsuit was filed so that will be fixed soon

@MorosKostas @2Aupdates If people are waiting for a NJSP green light…. We’ll all be dead of old age by then. 0% chance the LCM issue is stayed. Less than 5% for the rifles since they amended an old order that has been in effect for well over a year now. We’d agree for shotguns/pistol question though.
