@zoom_us There is something noone is talking about! For some of my innatentive kids, Zoom lessons have been amazing! I've seen a huge increase in attention, comprehension, participation, and subsequent memory and recall of information presented.

Masks are not to protect you, they are to protect others around you in the event you are Covid positive and don't know it. Be responsible, be caring. Someone without a mask might infect your loved one!

School kids at the bus stop for the first time since March, all wearing masks. Parents standing next to them all MASKLESS! We need to be the example for our children. Do as I do, not do as I say. Pandemic responsibility starts with us!

Some leaders think students are priority over teachers, & I get the sentiment, but how much time do they spend w/ students & how well do you know them? Teachers spend all day w/them & know them well. Teachers make students a priority. Take care of teachers; they take care of kids

@nguyenglish @SKH245 I'm with you! I'm nervous too! I ended up deciding to keep my son home. People talk about the social emotional, but when I think about kids 6 ft apart, in masks, between dividers... I think, how psychologically disturbing to be in THAT situation. Better to be home!

@nguyenglish @SKH245 No! Kids are resilinet, what he needs more than anything is a healthy family and health himself. You will love him forever, his friends will come & go. He will not soon forget that he missed a year of school. He will never forget if covid takes your life.
